A catch up to discuss all the details of your big day! This can be virtual or in person.
PRICING
A non-refundable booking fee reserves your date which is deducted from your final balance. This will be 25% of your total package price. Final balance is payable 30 days before your wedding date. This can be paid in instalments, prior to when the final balance is due, if preferred.

Get to know me
Why should we meet you before?
I’d love to meet you! This can help us get to know each other a little better, and really talk through your dream day to make sure I’ve got everything covered. It’s great to hear a couple's story beforehand, so I can do it justice through film. This can be arranged in person or online, and also with your photographer present.
Please let me know if you are having a rehearsal, as I can also attend this on request to really talk through any specific ideas and wishes.
Where do you travel to?
Everywhere! I’m based in Kent, but can travel far and wide to capture your day on request. If you are based outside Kent, please contact me for a quote including additional charges to cover accommodation and travel.
Are you insured?
Yes! My 2nd videographer is also a liscenced drone pilot.
On the day
How long do we have with you?
Right from your bridal prep, all the way through to the dance floor. On average I leave around one hour after the first dance is scheduled, but I don’t clock watch as I want to make the best film possible. Please let me know if you're planning anything special for your send off, so I can make sure I capture it.
Can we have drone footage?
I love to include aerial footage, as this can really show off your venue, and bring out the cinematic feel. This is dependent on your venue(‘s) permissions, location, timing, weather conditions and availability. Please ask your venue if drone footage is permitted.
Will I notice you’re there?
Not at all, I try to be as discreet as possible and capture natural candid moments between yourselves and your guests.
Do you tell us what to do?
Only if requested. I love to capture natural candid moments between you, and will only direct if you feel more comfortable that way.
When do we have our couple shots?
This can be done alongside your photographer, and we can also schedule in a few minutes at golden hour to create those cinematic shots.
Do we need to provide you with food?
No, not at all! It's lovely to be catered for, but I absolutely do not expect it! Please let me know so I can be fully prepared for the day.
Post Production
How quick is your turn around?
I set a deadline of 8-10 weeks for each client. Depending on workload at the time, this can be delivered a lot quicker.
Is the music copyright free?
Yes, I source all of the music used within your film from MusicBed. This means you can post it to all social media platforms without worrying about it being taken down.
Do you edit the footage?
Using the latest colour grading technology, I'm able to bring out those rich colours you can see with the naked eye, on film.
